Spool Roller with 625 bearings

Spool Roller with 625 bearings

I wanted to create a spool roller with 625 bearings I salvaged from spare delrin wheels, but there aren't many options for 625 bearings available here; most use 608. So I designed my own (also experimenting with Fusion360), which can be mounted at any angle (for example, on angled holders). It uses stock Creality spool shaft nuts. Version one: due to the spool's higher position because of the bearings, the stock nut doesn't provide much grip, so you'll need an additional washer (or a wider nut). Version two: I figured out that the second nut isn't really necessary and replaced it with a simple hook. Assembly instructions: you will need four pins and four 625 bearings (5mm internal diameter, 16mm external diameter, 5mm width), insert the pins into the bearings, then snap them in place into the slots.
