Adjustable roller to replace the Prusa MMU2 spool holders. Reuses the original axes and bearings. Adjustable for spools 200mm to 300mm in diameter and widths up to 102mm.If you don't have the MMU2 holders you will need four 8x22x7mm bearings (like 608zz) and two 8x120mm rods/pipes.2020-11-25 Replaced the 54mm with 55mm. The stand is divided into three parts: top, middle and bottom. Middle can be repeated if necessary. Each part can hold two adjusters (with their two parts). The “towers” go on the inside of the stand. The adjusters also have a small hole in case you don’t want the stand but want to keep the two parts together (f.e. with some wire).Printing options:Base and adjusters: no special needs. No supports needed.Stand: 4 perimeters, no supports needed.Post-Printing(optional?) Screw a PC4-M10 pneumatic fitting with a 5cm PTFE tube on the front guide.Glue the stand parts.UseChoose the adjuster appropriate for your spool width.Add the tubes and bearings to the two parts.Insert the parts into the base. See photos for correct positioning.Put the spool over the bearings and the filament, tangent to the bottom of the spool, through the PTFE tube.
