Spool Roller for Folger Tech 2020 i3

I designed these to sit atop a Folger Tech 2020 Prusa i3 printer, and they'll likely work great with any 2020 frame printer too. They've been tested with spools that are 8.5 inches in diameter all the way down to 4.5 inches. Just drop the spool into the mount and feed the filament into the extruder, and you're ready to go without any fiddling with spindles or shafts. It simply sits securely cradled in the rollers and rolls freely. They're designed to slide left and right to accommodate different spool widths. The 2020 insert doesn't lock in place like a T-Nut. It'll just keep it from tipping over or coming off. Put the insert into the 2020 slot, then slide it into the slot on the spool bracket mount. Add a 10mm M3 machine screw to hold it against the bracket, and the whole assembly should slide freely left and right in the 2020 slot while still remaining perfectly vertical and securely attached. You only need one insert at the front. There are two slots so the left and right brackets can be identical. The inner bracket fits into the slot on the base of the outer bracket for added strength and stability. You'll need to print two full sets, one for each side. They're identical, so no mirroring is required. I've added a plated set that will print both sides in one print. The bearings are just common 608ZZ bearings. You'll need two M3 machine screws that are 20mm or longer and two M3 nuts to put it all together, plus the M3x10 for the 2020 insert. It works well with my Filament Guide and Filter, which is what you see in the photos between the brackets. Update 3/23/2016 I updated the STL files to Version 5. It's slightly less tall, and with openings in the main bracket reducing the filament necessary when printing without any loss of strength. Because it's slightly shorter, you'll need to reprint both the inner and main brackets. There are now three versions of the main bracket: solid, with round cutouts, and with a more open cutout pattern. Any of the three will work with the same inner bracket. All files are now rotated into the best orientation for printing. I also added a plated set that lets you print everything for both sides at the same time.
