A slightly altered design for a 1kg spool, possibly from a RepRap or other Asian manufacturer, has dimensions of 160mm in diameter and 90mm side to side externally. The design was redrawn for 624 bearings with minimal plastic usage (total volume: 17.19 cm³). Additionally, designs are provided for a small spool measuring 205mm in diameter with 20mm internal side-to-side dimensions (or 53mm externally) sourced from Mendel-Parts, and another with 55mm internal side-to-side measurements (previously used in Stratasys Dimension cartridges). This design requires 4x 624 bearings, 4x M4x20 bolts, and 8* M4 washers (optional).
