Spool roler for spool holder

I printed the Thingiverse design #2022798 spool holder for my Anet A8, but as I could only get 5/16 rods, the wheels were not stable. By using a full-length tube, the tube rolls easily and keeps the 608 bearings straight. The tube can be used on other holders too. Print one to use with the original spool holder right away by placing it in the spool center. Print two to use with this spool holder, so the original wheel won't be needed anymore. This can hold a spool up to 70mm wide; larger ones will require elongating the insert. The tube has two parts that have very small overhangs, so no supports are required. The two parts fit together and need no glue at all.
