Spool Rack

Spool Rack

I'm just starting out with 3D printing and thought building something practical would be a great way to set up my shop. I used PLA for the main framework but highly recommend printing it in PETG if you want it to last a long time, for the assemblies and caps I chose a flexible material; because there are some assembly tolerances that require a little pressure, and the only one I could get locally at a reasonable price was a TPE called NinjaFlex. I quickly learned that flexible materials have their challenges, and with NinjaFlex filament you need to print it very slowly to get good results, after some experimenting with temperature and speed settings I got excellent results. I hope this helps someone out.
