A spool keeper for my one piece spool holder can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2036761, while a Duplicator 6 spool holder is available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2002418. These spools provide a grip to prevent tangling and come with a clip that you must flex like a clothespin when attaching it to the spool holder. The holder should be printed in a rigid but flexible material such as ABS, PETG, or possibly modified PLA+. Printing the clip in standard PLA will likely cause it to break, and potentially even explode across the room, if you try to bend it.
