Spool-Hub Adapter (For Hatchbox or any 25mm rod)

Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:735213 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=735213 These spools are designed to fit perfectly on my 25mm rod diameter Hatchbox spool holder, although they should work with any spool holder that has a similar size. I made mine exactly 25.5mm in diameter because the ones from another file set to 25mm did not fit on my spool rod. It's possible it was just my printer, but now these spools fit perfectly! I printed them using a 0.3mm nozzle at a 0.2mm resolution and had no issues. Print Settings Printer: Geeetech i3 Pro C Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: at least 30% Notes: I used PLA@200C with a 0.3mm nozzle at 0.2mm resolution and printed mine with a brim, but not a full raft. I'm not sure if it was necessary, but I added the brim to prevent the thinner parts from moving during printing. It's also essential to use at least 30% infill because my hub-adapter designs are thinner than the originals, requiring plenty of rigidity in those arms! Even though they're thinner, I have no issues at all - I've been using them for two days now, printing almost non-stop day and night, and none of the four in use show any signs of wear. Post-Printing Make sure there is no flanging at the edges, especially on the inner-ring! They should spin freely on the spool rod with minimal resistance. If they don't spin freely, you can work them a bit with an exacto (for edges) and a finger wrapped in sand-paper (for the inner-surface). Mine required nothing more than cleanly removing the brim.
