The new stock spool holders are an impressive 50mm in diameter, fitting a narrow range of spools precisely. In comparison, 30mm and 18mm rods are attached to the same brackets as their bigger counterparts. The 30mm rods mirror the old stock holder dimensions perfectly, while the 18mm rods cater to smaller spool sizes such as t-glas and more. If you wish to print either or both of the rods along with one hanger each, follow these steps carefully. Snap the hanger tabs firmly into the rod base slots to replicate the "horizontal slot" configuration found on current FF CPro printers. For added stability, consider gluing them together for extra reinforcement. Printing advice: You may want to print the rod files with support material serving as infill for each base section, with 20% support fill proving sufficient for my tests so far. Feel free to experiment with even less support if necessary. Additionally, it is recommended to use at least four perimeter shells and 33% layer infill for maximum strength. The rods are designed specifically to pair well with spring clamps, as shown in the image below.
