Spool Holder with Thread Rod for Sintron Prusa i3
pinshape
This model fits perfectly on all frames with 5mmx50mm (top bar of the frame).\nI required a spool holder that could securely hold filament for my Sintron Prusa i3, so I decided to purchase the original one designed by Josef Prusa from Prusa Research and modify it to fit my Sintron acrylic frame.\nTo do this, I extended the frame mount from 4cm to 5cm and added a sturdy 8mm threaded rod to hold the spool in place, providing extra security and ample space for two 1kg spools.\nIf you prefer the simplified design without the 8mm threaded rod, refer to Spool Holder for Sintron Prusa i3Print SettingsPrinter Brand: RepRapPrinter: Prusa i3Rafts: NoSupports: NoResolution: 0.2Infill: 15% minimum recommendedNotes: Wall Thickness: 3 layers (top, bottom and sides) minimum Post-PrintingWhen inserting the 8mm rod into the left holder, it will be firmly seated and need to be screwed in.\nI implemented this design to ensure the rod's stability and because the right side is designed with a loose fitting to easily remove and insert spools.\nTo add or replace spools, simply unscrew the right holder, insert the new spool, and screw the holder back into place.
