Why so many spool holders? It's simply because they're awesome.\r\n\r\nA friend recently shared a brilliant idea to minimize space for the spool holder. With this innovative design, you can easily install two brackets on one side of the printer, perfect for a double extruder setup.\r\n\r\nI've also included the Openscad source file if you'd like to tailor it to your needs. Unfortunately, the built-in customizer didn't work well with the original code.\r\n\r\nThe variable definitions are clear and concise, making it easy for anyone to use this design.\r\n\r\nBasic variables to customize the holder:\r\nbase_circle=80; // [70:160]\r\narm_length=60; // [60:140]\r\narm_width=12; // [10:20]\r\nbase_width=3; // [3:8]\r\n\r\nScrew specifications:\r\nscrew_hole=5.2;\r\nscrew_head=9;\r\n\r\nMirror option (left = true):\r\nreverse=true; // [true:false]\r\n\r\nBe gentle with my coding skills – I know this code isn't perfect, but it gets the job done.
