Spool Holder with Grooved Rollers
prusaprinters

A while back I accidentally ordered some grooved rubber wheels. They sat in a box until I needed to make a spool holder. I figured the grooved rollers might work well for this purpose. I added a screw hole for mounting on a board or rail.

PARTS:

4 grooved rubber rollers with bearings

4 M5 x 30-35mm machine screw

4 M5 nuts (opt. lock nuts)

4-8 spacers. Optional, not shown in photos.

I printed mine on nice stringy PETG, but any material should be fine, other than flexible, of course.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Anet

Printer:

A8

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

25%

Filament: Generic PETG Blue Post-Printing =============

Assemble as shown.
