Spool holder with bowden extruder carriege mount for prusa i3 acrylic body

---Update--- I've just redesigned the extruder carriage to a sleeker, more eye-catching model. Haven't had a chance to test out the new design yet! :) Recently, I upgraded my Prusa i3 printer with an E3D V6 genuine hot end (bowden) and a proximity sensor for bed leveling. The main issue was that there wasn't enough space to mount a bowden extruder on my 3D printer without drilling holes into acrylic sheets. Drilling those can be tricky, as the acrylic body might crack in that area and cause serious damage. To avoid any risk of cracking, I decided to design a spool holder with a bowden extruder mount on it. I hope you like it! :) The parts are still in beta mode, but later I'll redesign the extruder holder into something even nicer and thinner. I recommend printing these parts in ABS for best results. PLA should also work just fine. To get started: You'll need two M5 rods, approximately 220mm long (depending on your Prusa acrylic body); two M3x25mm screws two M3 nuts a Compact Bowden Extruder by TECH2C (thing:767951) Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25-30%
