You will need:2x 608ZZ bearings1x M8 screw 100 mm1x M8 nutJust insert the two 608ZZ bearings on each side of the tube, close both sides with the cap and the locking mechanism, insert the 100 mm M8 screw on one side and the M8 nut on the other side, tighten the screw by twisting the locking mechanism and holding the cap, don't overtight so the tube can roll freely .... done :D
