Spool Holder v2 for MakerBot Rep, Rep2, Rep2x

I recently purchased affordable Jet filament from Amazon and discovered it doesn't fit standard spools or holders. To address this issue, I designed a versatile holder suitable for Makerbot, SainSmart, and Jet spools. The provided CAD image is version 2, which includes R and L indicators to accommodate right and left printer heads. Photos showcase an earlier version, printed with PLA. This design was created using Tinkercad; feel free to edit it online. I successfully printed this holder on a MakerBot Rep2x using PLA, marking my largest successful PLA print on that specific machine. To avoid filament feeder issues, I carefully monitored the printing process. The holder is easy to print, requiring no support structures. Print settings include 15% fill and three shells at a layer height of 0.34mm, suitable for both ABS and PLA materials. Reducing the fill percentage to 10% could potentially enhance the design further.
