Spool Holder / Tray for Prusa i3 MK2

When I snapped my Prusa's original spool holder (which I never really liked), I started looking for a replacement and found this one http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1940105 , designed by Area51. The spool holder is decent, but what really caught my attention was the way it clips onto the Z-frame. Very easy to put on and take off, and rock-solid stable. A great clip design. So I adapted it for this Thing. I've always preferred spool holders that sit on the bench. I've printed several rim-rollers and really like them. But benchtop spool holders only work well with printers having Bowden or reverse-Bowden filament feed systems. When I got my Prusa, I was stuck with the filament hanging from the Z-frame. I didn't give up, however, I reverse-engineered Area51's design into a chunk of OpenScad and attached it to these trays in order to be able to reuse my beloved spool holder once again. This "tray" is remarkably stable - no wiggle, no feeling that it won't hold up - all thanks to Area51's clip design. I plan to use it in other Prusa-related things floating around in my head. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: I printed at .35. There's no crucial detail in the layers except x/y resolution. Infill: 20% is fine Notes: This was designed to hold something up to 130mm long, though you may only get 128 or so, depending on your printer's precision.
