I designed this attachment to prevent the spool from being dragged when it's almost empty and lightweight for the Universal Spool Holder, which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:943563. Two holes are incorporated into the design, allowing you to screw it onto a table so it stays in place while the spool holder roller fits neatly inside.
