Spool_Holder_S/W
thingiverse
I designed this to enable multiple spools to be used side by side. With this, you can feed out the filament smoothly. The usable outer diameter of each spool is 200mm or more. Used when working with multiple filaments side by side. Things to prepare: ・ M4 x 15mm screw, washer and nut - two sets per unit with a single holder. ・ M4 x 25mm screw, washer and nut - two sets per unit with a double holder. ・ Bearing 608, use two each for a single holder and four each for a double holder. How to make: 1. Output with a 3D printer. Bearing_Cover_608 is equal to the number of bearings used. Spool_Holder_S is usually two. Spool_Holder_W is the number of filament reels used minus one. For example, if you have four reels, make three. I recommend using durable materials, such as polycarbonate. 2. Attach Bearing_Cover_608 to the bearing. Tap lightly with a plastic hammer. 3. Attach the bearing to the holder body and secure with screws. For Spool_Holder_S, insert a 15mm long screw from the opposite side of the bearing and secure it with a nut across a washer. The outer diameter of the M4 washer is 9mm and the inner diameter of the 608 bearing is 8mm. Spool_Holder_W attaches a bearing, then attaches a washer to a 25 mm long screw, inserts it into the body, clamps the washer, and secures it with a nut. How to use: Use the filament spool on the guide attached to the bearing. It's simple and won't leave you confused.
