Spool roller with no bearings needed. 2.5mm shaft is required. In this build i used 2.5mm carbon fiber rod. Maximum accomodable spool width is105mm. Instructions Print List: 2 x Halter2-a 2 x Halter3-b 8 x makara Prepare : 2 x 123mm shaft rod (2.5mm dia) Construction: With your preferred way of joining parts get 2 pieces of makara to form a wheel just like in the pictures. You will end up with 4 wheels. Put each shaft rod through 2 wheels. Attach rods to holes on halter2 pieces. Slide halter2 side panels to halter3 notches to form a rectangular frame. Adjust the wheel distance and put your filament spool on the wheels. (optional) Fix your roller to a board using screw holes. Put some vibration dampening sponges on bottom surface.
