Important: STL format parts are currently uncorrected and may not adjust. They are modeled without play or compensation. I will make the corrections soon, following my own manufacturing. Mount the coil on the tube at ease on a table and simply press the assembly onto the bearings. Built with a 1" (25.4 mm) aluminum tube and 8 22x8x7 bearings and some screws, you print a file of about 12 hours which does not need any support. The cones tighten the coil support on the aluminum tube with just angled "corners". The device loads coils from 1.5" to 4" with a central axis (40mm to 100mm). The printed support is fixed to the 20x40 profile of the Sidewinder X1 with 4 T-screws. If you need a fixing on a different printer, contact me for the modeling of another solution.
