Spool Holder Plug

This is a custom-designed plug intended for use with TPU prints from Thingiverse, specifically the model found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2761246. A common issue that can occur when using spool holders is that the spools sometimes migrate off the holder due to lack of proper fitment. To address this problem, I designed a plug with a disc made from a harder and slicker plastic material similar to those used in soda bottles. The center hole on this disc should be approximately 17-20 mm in diameter, while the disc itself is around 50 mm in diameter. The disc fits onto the plug, which is then inserted into the holder after the spool has been loaded onto it. To facilitate easy modification of the plug's size based on individual printer outputs, I have included a Microsoft 3D Builder file that can be used to adjust the hex size as needed.
