Spool Holder
thingiverse
Roller bearing spooler. this will accommodate any 1KG spool size by turning the nut around for thicker spools Designed to replace the spool bar arm on a standard Ender type spool holder. you will need approx 120mm of M8 threaded bar, 3 x M8 nuts, 2 x 608zz roller bearings (inner dia 8mm, outer 22mm, thick 7mm) the bearings will be a snug fit so you might have to push hard to get them in. fitting is very straightforward. Remove the bar from your existing spool holder and insert the square shaped piece, screw cap on to hold in place, screw threaded bar through the hole until it penetrates far enough to screw on the first nut. now screw on the second nut from the other end and wind it all the way down to meet the securing cap and gently tighten (this nut secures and acts as a spacer) press the bearings into the roller and slide into place on the threaded bar and secure with the final nut. add threadlock or superglue to nuts to prevent them from vibrating loose
