This is small modification of top mount filament holder (for v-slot 20x40 linear rail of printers like Kingroon KP3S) that was designed by fuferman (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4800129). Base of the spool holder mounted using v-slots and additionally could be strengthen by M5 screws. Second part of me modification is top cover that protect main arm from fall. This part mounted using M3 screw (mount part has holes with threads inside). For printing I can recommend use layer thickness 0.2 mm.
