Spool Holder for Stackable Freestanding Filament Rack

After constructing the Stackable Freestanding Filament Rack using 3/4" EMT galvanized conduit and placing it beside my printer, I extended the top bars to project above my printer and created a spool holder using 608 bearings. This allows me to relocate the weight of the spool off the top frame of my printer and provides ample locations for mounting multiple spool holders above the printer. To assemble this setup, you'll need to print four ConduitSpoolRoller units per spool. I used 5/16" x 1" bolts for the bearings and #8 x 1/2" bolts for the clamps tighteners. Additionally, I designed the ConduitEndClamp to secure the conduit at one end, preventing it from rotating since my conduit was prone to rotation. The conduit is snugly fitted within the rack frame, but I can still rotate them by hand – the end clamp effectively prevents this movement. When printing the clamps, I oriented them upside down due to the limited contact between the roller bearing clamp and the bed surface. As a result, you'll require a brim for successful printing.
