Made from durable plastic, this holder is fully printable except for the crosspiece - a short length of half-inch PVC pipe that adds stability and versatility. The great news is that it fits a wide range of pipe sizes, giving you plenty of options to choose from. One of the best things about this spool holder is its ease of assembly. No screws are required - just clip the arms onto the frame and voila! You're good to go. The arms are angled slightly inward to keep the pipe in place, ensuring a secure fit every time. Unfortunately, the arms are a bit too big to print on the Printrbot Play itself, which is why I used my trusty Lulzbot TAZ 5 to get the job done.
