The spools provided with the Multi Material Upgrade 2 often get tangled up and consistently introduce a lot of resistance into the filament feed system. This innovative filament holder uses a short piece of PTFE tube to prevent loose filament from tangling around the spool and takes advantage of the axles that come with the MMU2 to make unspooling simple and effortless. When placed above the printer, the split between the MMU2 PTFE tube and the one in the spool holder consistently absorbs the extra filament fed back during unloading.
