Insert the gear bearing (Emmet's original: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53451 or my adaptation of Quick Print Gear Bearing, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:646025) into part A, flush with its un-beveled end. Use short version of part A with Quick Print Gear Bearing and regular version with Emmet's. Attach it securely with glue, heat, or spin welding. Create two identical sub-assemblies by following these steps. Insert the flat side of part B into one part A and the flat side of part C into another part A. Secure them together using your preferred method. Then, slide part C over part B through the spool's hub, followed by installing it onto a 1/4" hex shaft.
