It uses a 608 bearing (22mm outer, 8mm inner, 7mm depth). I forgot the sizes of the screws, but mostly M4, please use washers on every part since the plastic is arguably thin. I printed mine with 15% infill. All of the parts are support free and easy to print. The spindle hub is press fitted on the bearing; it works perfectly, so please add rubber bands on the claws to spring back and hold the spool straight. Assembly: Base: Assemble the center piece with the arms loosely. Screw the bearing in the middle (this one tight since we won't move it again). Screw the arms on the 3d printer. Tighten the screws on the center piece. Spindle: 1. Screw the arms on the spindle hub while adding washers between the claws and the hub. Add a rubber band on the claws in the middle. Press fit it on the base. Print Settings Printer: Fusion3 Delta Printer Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: (not sure, I have a .4mm nozzle, layer height .3mm) Infill: 15% Post-Printing Use a file and pliers to clean the parts. You might need to file the socket where the bearing goes in. How I Designed This I used Fusion360.
