Spool Holder for ANet A6

I created a custom filament holder to declutter my workspace and keep the printer organized. This innovative design attaches directly to the top of the ANet A6's frame, allowing me to free up valuable desk space. The holder's versatility makes it compatible with the A8 model as well, thanks to its flexible mounting system. The 8mm gap on the stand provides ample clearance for smooth filament movement, while the threaded rod, nuts, and washers included with the A6 printer are utilized to securely hold the filament in place. Two 0608 bearings further enhance this process by eliminating any friction or resistance, resulting in effortless filament flow. A built-in guide within the base of the holder ensures a snug fit for a wide range of spool sizes, making it an ideal solution for various printing needs. To minimize material usage and reduce print time, supports are only necessary for the curved base section, as the rest of the design can be printed without any additional assistance.
