I'm not entirely sure about its compatibility on other printers, but this is actually a compact spool holder specifically designed for the Wanhao i3. It's intended to be mounted directly on top of your Wanhao i3 duplicator, securing itself with two screws, making it theoretically adaptable to any printer that boasts identical mounting specifications - specifically, two holes spaced exactly 3cm apart. If anyone's interested in having a freestanding base designed, feel free to leave a comment. To enable effortless filament feeding, I've incorporated three adjustable rings of varying diameters (ranging from 2mm to 5mm). If you have any opinions on the design or notice anything that seems off, kindly let me know. Please note that the bar in question is securely fixed in place. Unless further issues are raised about this iteration, I consider it to be the final design. For a clearer understanding of its dimensions and visual appeal, I've attached an image showcasing the finished product - take note of how the revised square base has improved the overall look. In terms of hardware requirements, I personally employed two 4mm diameter nuts and bolts for installation. If you don't happen to have any readily available, however, a zip tie can be used as a viable substitute to fasten it in place.
