Spool holder for 20x20 V-Slot profile

There are a lot of great spool holder designgs, this is one of them;) Because i did not find exactly what I wanted, I designed my own. It should be simple and printable fast without any support. In addition you will need four 608 (22x8x7mm) ball bearings for the wheels and two rods with 8mm diameter of steel or aluminium. The length depends on the max. width of your spools to be supported. I had a rusty steel rod laying around. Most extruders are powerfull enough that the spool may even slide on the rods. The spool guide wheels are just for nerds. I wrapped some bicycle tube arround the wheels to make the spool movement even smother. There are two versions of the wheels. The only difference is that one has spool guides on booth sides. All holes are desiged for tight fit. It depends on the accuracy of your printer if the holes have to be bored. Happy printing!
