This straightforward spool holder bracket is designed for holding filament rolls by inserting a 20mm HDPE pipe inside a plastic box, protecting the filament from moisture. The simple design uses readily available HDPE pipe with low friction properties. Included are designs for both open and closed brackets; the former allows spool removal without unbolting while the latter provides additional protection. Brackets accommodate pipes/rods of 21-22mm diameter and require M5 mounting bolts. To assemble, print two brackets (open or closed versions) and place them inside a container of your choice. Support a cut pipe or dowel that fits the desired length. Secure the brackets in the container using M5 bolts.
