To accommodate my 20mm diameter filament spools, I devised a custom spool holder suitable for 200mm diameter, 100mm wide reels. Print with MakerWare at low quality settings, and use a raft for flatness. Post-printing, smooth joints with a small file to ensure a secure fit.
