Spool Holder for 2040/V-Slot and Prusa i3 Bear upgrade

I was utilizing @MartinMajewski's spool holder design for my Prusa i3 Mk2.5. Following the installation of the [Bear Full Upgrade](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2808408), I required a spool holder that would fit 2040 aluminum extrusions. To achieve this, I remixed Martin's design based on the MK3 version found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1832235. This spool holder is secured in place using M5X10 screws located at the back and drop-in T-Slot nuts, which can be sourced from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2544883. An update was made on July 29, 2019, to incorporate an MK3 Axis Nut and a Tire.
