I needed a spool holder on top of my Anet A8 Mgn12 mod, similar to Prusa mk3. Since I'm using a bowden setup with a Bulldog XL extruder, I wanted direct feeding of the spool into the extruder assembly. The previous design didn't leave enough room for my Extruder, so I increased the arm length slightly. This spool holder can be snapped onto a 2040 extrusion profile and I've also added two holes to screw the holder using T-nuts to the aluminum extrusions, adding rigidity. Printed without supports in PETG at 0.2 mm layer height.
