Spool Holder for 2020 Extrusion (Folgertech i3)

I began using bigger spools from Spool3D and Filaments.ca, but the old holders were too small. I added a top section that lifts the taller spool high enough to clear the Extrusion below. Alternatively, if you've already printed the original arms and just want to expand them for larger spools, you can print the "Spool Extension" piece twice and press fit it into the old arms.
