Spool holder clamp for "One Piece Spool Holder" by alexwhittemore

This is a custom enclosure-top mount for the *One Piece Spool Holder* created by @alexwhitteman on Thingiverse, found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3036468. The original design outperforms both extendable and fixed spool holders included with Prusa Lack Enclosure designs in my opinion. I also find it superior to the *Ultimate Spool Holder*. While that design is likely excellent, sourcing bearings is a requirement, and simplicity seems more effective in this case. The only feature missing from the One Piece Spool Holder was a part allowing me to securely mount it on top of the enclosure without it moving around, ensuring spools stay neatly aligned during normal use. I didn't want to simply add screw holes, which would result in a fixed installation and insufficient space for changing spools if needed. Hence, this design features a countersunk hole, utilizing standard wood screws, and enables you to slide the spool holder into place from the rear after replacing a spool. If you gently pull on the spool towards you, this part prevents the spool holder from sliding off the top of the table or enclosure. I still intend to use the entry hole/grommet provided with the extendable and fixed spool holders to allow filament to pass through the top of the enclosure.
