Previously, I came across a similar design possibly on Mendel-Parts, but couldn't locate the files. The spool has an inner diameter of 52mm. A video showcasing free rolling can be viewed at http://flic.kr/p/cucvJ3. To assemble, print two parts and fasten them using an M4x30 bolt along with 624 bearings. Secure the assembly to the frame with an M4x20 bolt. For optimal filament guiding, use a 650mm long tube with a thickness of 2-4mm. Ensure smooth spinning by allowing the spool to rotate freely.
