Spool holder - attaches to IKEA table leg

The spool holder relocates the spool to a nearby table leg for convenient access. In my setup, it repositions the spool from under the table to make handling easier. I employed this axle design, available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2228643, as the foundation of my project. Considering I still need to thoroughly test this setup, which should be completed by tomorrow, I've left it in a work-in-progress state for now.
