Designed in Fusion 360, I'm truly satisfied with how it turned out. To prepare this design for printing, you'll need to flip it in your slicer so that the recessed bolt holes are visible and the washer/spacers are properly aligned on the bed. The bearings used in this design are 22mm skateboard/fidget spinner bearings, while the nuts and bolts measure 8mm and can be found in a typical garage. I've made some adjustments to the file to ensure the holes and washers fit snugly, eliminating any tight spots. To print this model, use PLA with a bed temperature of 190c and an extruder temperature of 60c. Note that I initially started the first layer at 70c, but it may have been slightly too warm. The preview shows the bottom side of the design, which is unusual because the other side displays the recessed holes for the nuts and bolts.
