You'll need to scale the part up to 1000% in Cura, since the final size after scaling will be around 80mm wide. This spool holder is specifically designed for a spool with an inside diameter ranging from 50-80mm. It's compatible with 8mm thread and nuts. I actually use this design as an alternative to the original Anet A8 spool holder that came with my printer.
