Spool Holder - 9mm rods

Object Information: 1Kg Filament Spool Holder, Made with Minimal Filament Usage. I required an easy-to-use spool holder that allowed for quick roll swaps. Most online models waste filament unnecessarily, as they cost nothing to produce. Determined to create a solution, I designed and built my own spool holder using 9mm wooden rods that need to be cut to precise sizes. This approach conserves significant amounts of filament and enables mass production. The rods are securely fastened in the connectors, except for the 52mm spool hole adapter, which requires a few drops of glue to secure it firmly. These spool holders accommodate spools with 32mm holes, but users need an adapter to elevate smaller spools and prevent them from touching the ground. I've also included 3D printing options for the rods, allowing users to print custom replacements for the wooden rods. Assembly Instructions: After printing, ensure that the holes are smooth and round. Remove any excess hairs or strings, then insert the rods into the connectors as shown in the pictures. The rods will snug tightly; repeat this process while applying gentle pressure until they fit securely. Clamping one end of the rod in a workbench facilitates this process. The 52mm spool hole adapter fits, but applying glue to all connecting corners ensures it remains secure.
