First try to print the socket of the bearings and scale it so they fit perfectly inside. If you can do this, you can print it anytime. You'll only need two 626zz bearings or similar ones. If you're looking for a bearing with an 8mm diameter, check out https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047554. To make the spool holder, you'll need four of these things and four bearings.
