Spool handle v1 - 53/103mm

A handle for a 3D printer frame, initially designed for Monkeyfab Prime3D but fitting similar 6 or 7.5mm thick frames too. The axle and two round plugs are suited for 103mm wide spools with an internal diameter of 53mm; external diameter should not exceed 30cm. This handle can also be used for loose filament without a spool, as shown in the final photo. An alternative spool design is available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:302027. For printing, PLA with 0.2mm layer for triangle supports and spool plugs is recommended. The axis requires two parts glued together; printing at 0.1mm layer gives a smooth surface. No supports are necessary when using the slicer to print Thing parts. Triangle symmetric parts include SpoolHandle-a.stl/SpoolHandle-b.stl (6mm printer frame) and SpoolHandle-a-frame7.5.stl/SpoolHandle-b-frame7.5.stl (7.5mm printer frame). For a rigid print, use 40% honeycomb fill.
