This is a versatile filament holder featuring a bearing that securely grips spools ranging from 28mm to 68mm in diameter. Its central bore accommodates a threaded rod of up to 3/8 inch in diameter, ensuring a solid hold on the filament reel. To enhance its performance, we recommend but do not require the use of a 608ZZ bearing, which can be sourced from skateboards or fidget spinners. To assemble this holder, you will need the following components: one 608ZZ bearing, one 1-3/8 inch nut, and one 1-3/8 inch lock washer. The lock washer should be positioned adjacent to the bearing, as it plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation. Prior to tightening the lock washer with your hands, verify that the spool spins freely without any drag or resistance.
