Spool-eco

This is a screw and nut to adapt a old spool as masterSpool. I order filament but i choose to not have the spool, to reduce cost and reduce plastic waste. When we start to print more and more we accumulate empty spool, sometime ALOT! So to avoid aving too much empty spool laying arround i disgn this screw and nut to go inside the old spool.. Steps guide: 1: Print the screw and the nut.2: Take a old spool with a inside diameter of minimum 71mm.3: Cut the spool in half on the axis part.4: Insert the screw on one part.5: Put your new filament on, IMPORTANT, keep the cable tie for now.6: Put the second part on top, if like me you cut it not straight, make sure you aligne both part.7: Tight the nut on the screw.8: Cut the cable tie.9: Enjoy printing :) PS: i use a old Sunlu spool, the inside diameter is 71mm.The cost difference betwen new filamanet with or without spool is around 1€ for me, so be aware the price of the print is more than the price of the spool, but it cost less than a complet masterSpool. *I include the fusion 360 file so you can edit if you wich.
