This is a revised version of the Resizable Loose Filament Spool model by shaunp, posted on Mar 17, 2013. The modification enhances compatibility with 3/4" PVC spool holders for improved motion on homemade spool holders used for air-spooled filament. To replicate this design, print the provided "SpoolCore.stl" file and download "LFS_Bracket_Replicator_V3.0.stl" from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:62710/#files. Print three spoke lengths of your choice for each bracket. For the spool holder, visit Home Depot or Lowes to purchase a 3/4" PVC pipe, two 90-degree elbows, two three-way T's, and four end caps at an affordable price. Customize the pipe lengths according to your needs and assemble using the provided images for guidance. Enjoy hassle-free spooling!
