Two parts of the bobbin are screwed together. The plastic bobbin is constructed from two interlocking components. The assembly process begins with screwing the two halves together, forming a secure bond. Filling: 15% of the bobbin is filled with plastic material. The timelapse video shows the bobbin being screwed together in fast motion.
