This is a unique design with an integrated retainer, featuring a dual-bearing configuration.\nAfter experiencing some challenges with my Rostock concerning spools, I developed several problems to overcome:\n1) The spools would not spin freely on the spool holder's mount.\n2) The arm-side screw on the holder often caught onto spools.\n3) The spool kept jumping over the stock holder's edge.\n4) All of these issues led to a variety of problems with printing.\nMy solution was creating a couple of specialized spool bearings with substantial side walls that addressed all my issues. To implement this, I first inserted the larger spool bearing on the opposite side from the arm of the holder, and then added the smaller bearing towards the lip-side. Subsequently, the two-bearing spool assembly was placed onto the holder.\nBenefits and outcomes:\n1) The spools now spin with ease and remarkable freedom!\n2) Spools no longer get dislodged by the spindle's force!\n3) These bearings work seamlessly with any spool I've tried!\n4) Printing is noticeably quieter as the spool stays firmly in place!
