I Made This Design Specifically for My Wanhao Duplicator i3 to Achieve Smoother Spool Rotation and Reduced Skipping. It Slides on Perfectly, but I'll Probably Need to Trim the Spool Bracket Slightly After Printing the Second Version to Get a Better Fit. You Must Enlarge the Spacer by 2% During Printing for it to Sit Correctly in Place.
